Ali is an MFSA-approved senior financial services executive with more than 25 years of international experience in building, scaling, and transforming regulated financial institutions.

 

He has held C-suite and board-level positions, including CEO, Board Member, and Executive Director, and has been pre-qualified and approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

 

His expertise covers MiFID II regulation, capital markets, investment services, corporate governance, operational management, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business leadership.
